EnhanceHosting utilises MaxMind to screen new orders for previous fraudulent activity and report existing clients who violate our Terms of Service. In case of a violation, you may be reported to MaxMind for misbehaviour using one-way hashed information.
For all Your Purchased Services, in an attempt to protect the reputation of Our IP addresses, the reliability of email delivery and to safeguard Our network from SPAM and/or other bulk email activities, We reserve the right to monitor the amount of SMTP (all outbound email) traffic and its origination source by using one or more third party transparent and/or cloud-hosted mail proxy software (such as SpamAssassin, MailChannels, etc.). If Our automated systems detect an abnormal amount of outbound emails or suspicious outbound email activities originating from Your Ordered Service, then We will immediately block such traffic and/or suspend Your Ordered Services with or without prior notice to You.
For all Your Ordered Services, the emails You and Your Customers send and/or receive on Our servers may pass through the MailChannels network. MailChannels is a third-party hosted cloud-based anti-spam filtering service that We utilize and offer to Our customers. By agreeing to Our Terms of Services, You also agree and are subject to MailChannels’ Terms of Services and Privacy Policy as explained on the below links:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
